Marco Diaz
Managing Partner:
Marco Diaz has 14 years of progressive responsibility within Finance & General Management. Experienced in financial analysis, strategic planning and process improvement. He is also experienced in business analysis with an emphasis in analyzing business environments, assessing their overall effectiveness and profitability, providing recommendations and implementing needed changes. He has lead process improvement and reengineering efforts for two fortune 500 corporations.
Marco has a degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University and Master in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
During College Marco worked for Hallmark Developers and it was there where he developed a love for Real Estate Development. Starting in 2006 Marco started to invest in Real Estate Development on a part-time basis, and in 2008 he decided to partner with Ryan Snow and build the Monticello Group.
Ryan Snow
Vice President of Operations:
Ryan Snow has more than 15 years of construction industry experience. Ryan started his career while still in High School as a laborer for a commercial masonry company. Ryan quickly advanced within the company, but decided to branch out and gain experience in other trades. He moved into residential framing where his work ethic and problem solving abilities helped him to rise quickly to a supervisory role. Ryan has also worked for several commercial general contractors and gained valuable personal experience in most of the trades related to the construction industry.
Ryan started his first construction company at the age of 20 as a general contractor specializing in residential framing. He used this company to work his way through college and eventually earned a Bachelors degree in computer science. Ryan spent three years as a computer programmer for a fortune 500 company, until he finally realized that his true passion had always been building.
Ryan also has extensive experience working with local municipalities to develop properties into single and multi-family housing projects as well as doing the vertical construction of these units.
